Attendees requiring ADA accommodations should contact Maritz by phone at 864.641.1557 or by email at AHA@maritz.com. The customer service team at Maritz will contact the hotel to determine availability of specific accommodations and contact you with a final confirmation. See our accessibility page for information about ADA access at each property.

Maritz will acknowledge reservations via email. All processing deadlines and cancellation policies are noted on acknowledgements. A confirmation ID number will be provided on the acknowledgement. You will not receive a separate confirmation from the hotel. Please note that you should call the hotels directly to alter your reservation.

The last day to make or change reservations through the housing service is 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on December 26, 2025. After that date, remaining inventory in each hotel's block will be released and rooms will be available at the AHA's convention rates on a space-available basis. If hotel blocks sell out, the AHA will secure additional hotel rooms and post details on the AHA website.

After December 29, 2025, all reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made directly with the hotels. Also at this time, your reservation should appear in your loyalty app if your number was provided at the time your reservation was made.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card valid through February 2026. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation may be charged a deposit by the hotel on or after December 18, 2025. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date or hotels will charge a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

Meeting attendees can make and modify (depending on availability) reservations with Maritz via the website, phone, or email through through 5 p.m. ET on December 26, 2025.

No changes or new reservations can be made between December 27 and December 29. After December 29, all changes and new reservations must be made directly with the hotels.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date or hotels will charge a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Please be aware that some hotels place a $150 per night temporary hold on your credit card when you check in to cover potential incidental charges such as room service and meals charged to your room. This hold is released when you check out.

If a third party such as your employer will pay for your hotel room and you will not have a credit card with you at check in, contact the housing bureau to arrange billing.

Suites range from $179 to $3,000 per night.

Note that use of suites is subject to the AHA Code of Professional Conduct, and activities in suites are not considered part of the official meeting program.

You will have the option to enter a hotel rewards program number. Please be aware that reservations will not appear in your loyalty app until after December 29.
